Change, loss, grief.

Kia ora viewers,

Hope your days going good so far.

Last term in my english classes we had to choose out of three topics for staying mentally, my first one I have choosen were change, loss and grief. You could either create a google drawings, slide, doc, poster, etc. We had to think and research about how other people deal with it and more, like find the definition while writing them down. I’ve made a doc and put most of the infomation on here, hope you all like it.

Thank you for looking into my post and hope you found infomation off of this. Have you ever experienced with this problem? Anyways have a wonderfull day!

Hauora

What is Hauora?

Taha tinana, taha whānau, taha hinengaro, taha wairua & whenua.

Physical, family/social, mental/emotional & Spiritual.

Taha tinana is about how your body grows, feels and moves, and how you care for it. Nourishing and strengthening your physical wellbeing helps you to cope with the ups and downs and life.

Taha whanau is  about who makes you feel you belong, who you care about and who you share your life with extended relationships, not just immediate relatives. It’s your hoamahi/colleagues, friends, community and the people you care about.

Taha hinengaro is describes the expression of thoughts and feelings of your mind, heart and conscience. The expressions can be communicated through gestures, eye movements, facial expressions and verbally.

Taha wairua is about the things that give you meaning. For some, it’s about a religious faith, or a spiritual connection to the universe and ancestors.

What is Te Whare tapa wha?

‘te whare tapa whā’ – the four cornerstones (or sides) of Māori health. With its strong foundations and four equal sides, the symbol of the wharenui illustrates the four dimensions of Māori well-being.
